Grief can feel like the ground has shifted beneath you—unpredictable, isolating, and at times, overwhelming. Whether you've lost a parent, partner, friend, or someone who shaped your life, the pain of that absence can touch every part of your being. I’ve been there too. I understand how grief can come in waves, how it changes you, and how hard it can be to find your footing again in a world that feels forever altered.
In our work together, there is no rush and no expectation for how your grief “should” look. This is a space where your emotions are welcome—where you can speak openly, cry, reflect, or simply sit in silence. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, ACT, and grief-informed practices to gently support your healing process. If faith or spirituality are important to you, we can hold that as part of your journey too. You don't have to navigate this alone—together, we will honour your loss, make space for your emotions, and help you begin to find moments of peace and connection again.
