Transitions can be disorienting—even when they’re expected or chosen. Whether you're navigating a divorce, changing careers, or adjusting to an empty nest, it can feel like the familiar parts of your identity have shifted, leaving you unsure of who you are now or what comes next. I've been through life transitions of my own, and I know how they can stir up grief, uncertainty, and also the quiet hope for something new.
Our sessions offer a grounding space to explore what you're letting go of, what you're stepping into, and how to care for yourself through it all. Using a compassionate, strengths-based approach that draws on EFT, ACT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, I support you in reconnecting with your values and rediscovering your voice. If faith or spirituality are part of your experience, we can gently integrate those into your healing process. You don’t need to have it all figured out—together, we’ll walk through the messy middle and begin shaping what your next chapter can look like.
